Our standard method of shipping is always $5.95, no matter how many accessories you order, or where you are shipping your accessories. If your order total happens to be over $75 (after all promo codes have been applied), your shipping will be free! Our free shipping policy is in effect for orders from all countries. After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before it ships - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!
With the holidays just around the corner we want to ensure that your accessories are delivered to you in time to enjoy them and to give them to your loved ones. To ensure your order is delivered before Christmas, we suggest placing your order before Wednesday December 14th, 12pm EST. If you will be placing your order after this date, please contact one of our helpful customer service representatives to discuss shipping options so we can ensure your order is delivered by Christmas!
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.
Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as a the request is communicated in under 30 days of you receiving your order. Please note that our return policy does not include rings, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in. All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not received your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
