If you purchased before the Out of Business Sale, our standard refund, return and exchange policy still applies. Please see below.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Customers are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Ashley Bridget does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Our standard method of shipping is always $5.95. After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1 business days for us to process your order before it ships - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at your expense. With returns, if you wish to return an item upon receiving it, we will refund whatever shipping costs you paid while placing your order. If you are exchanging your accessory(ies) we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange accessory(ies) to you.
Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as a the request is communicated in under 15 days of you receiving your order.
Please note that our return policy does not include earrings and rings, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Customized jewelry is also exempt form our return policy.
Easy Return and Exchange Process:
- Email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our support team. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will walk you through the process of which shipping carrier to ship your items back with, and how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary).
- Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. Make sure all of the accessories are packaged in their boxes and with their Cards of Authenticity (if these are not included with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed).
- When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the accessory(ies) you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in. All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
