Shipping and Returns


Our standard method of shipping is always $5.95, no matter how many accessories you order, or where you are shipping your accessories. If your order total happens to be over $75 (after all promo codes have been applied), your shipping will be free! Our free shipping policy is in effect for orders from all countries. After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before it ships - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!

    Returns and Exchanges

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.

    Full refunds and exchanges are given as long as a the request is communicated in under 30 days of you receiving your order. Please note that our return policy does not include rings, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

    Easy Return and Exchange Process:

    1. Email customer care at support@ashleybridget.com, or call our support team. Our team is available to talk to you 8am-8pm EST, 7 days a week! If you would like a refund, request a free return label that will be emailed to the email address you have provided in your order (if you would like to use an alternative email address, make sure to include it in your initial request). If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package with a free return shipping label, and state which item you are wanting in exchange in your initial request.
    2. Once you receive your return label, print it out and attach it to the envelope your accessories came in. Make sure all of the accessories are packaged in their boxes and with their Cards of Authenticity (if these are not included with your return/exchange, no refund or exchange will be processed). Drop the return off at your local post office and monitor your tracking number as your return makes its way back to us.
    3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given (minus any shipping costs that were paid). Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the accessory(ies) you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

    Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange.  As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in.  All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received.  If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
